Guardado Home shirt
(Elite La Liga Shirt)
Strangely long sleeved would not be worn by the players. Possibly due to Canterbury developing the base layer.
This is one of the few long sleeved from the first half of the season. The second half would see a different style sponsor as Fadesa would become ‘Martinsa Fadesa’.
Coloccini Away shirt
(Espanyol – D. L. Coruña 30th September 2007)
Coloccini black away shirt used during the away match to Espanyol in La Liga.
Unlike away replica numbering player shirts would not have the club crest within the number. A style that is not available to the public.
Taborda Away shirt
(prepared for La Liga)
A rare long sleeved shirt prepared for Taborda for use in La Liga. As with all of the player shirts the long sleeved have the same Elite qualities as the short sleeved.
Pictures do not do these shirts justice. I love the stitching, done in black which adds fantastic detail.
Lafita Home shirt
(D. L. Coruña – Barcelona 26th April 2008)
During the second half of the season no more Elite shirts were available so the players had to reuse them for multiple matches. This is such a shirt, may have been laundered but you can see multiple staining.
Martinsa Fadesa are the merged company of Fadesa, so during the winter break the shirts would have to be over transferred.
Coloccini Teresa Herrera final shirt
(D. L. Coruña – Real Madrid 9th August 2007)
This shirt is one of the few survivors and remains unchanged from the day it was worn by Coloccini during the Teresa Herrera final against Real Madrid.
Interestedly the numbers would be changed on the home shirts to a more yellow colour due to them being to hard to see on TV.
